Job Details

Bring 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Have significant experience building platform services, infrastructure, or distributed systems.
Be proficient in backend technologies, including Go or Python.
Be proficient with infrastructure-as-code systems such as Terraform, OpenTofu, or Pulumi.
Have a deep understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understand distributed systems, including Kubernetes, and microservice architectures.
Have experience building scalable, reliable platforms that support data-intensive applications.
Bring expertise in infrastructure development and configuration, software delivery, and integrating security practices into platform development.
Have a strong background in system architecture, production system migration, and infrastructure cost and performance optimization.
Demonstrate leadership and mentoring skills, including experience guiding engineering teams.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.

Design and build internal platform infrastructure and services that engineering teams use to deploy and operate software products.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to architect and implement secure platform components.
Evolve interfaces between systems.
Optimize infrastructure for cost and performance.
Migrate existing functionality to new services and infrastructure.
Enable efficient software delivery.
Build multi-tenant clusters.
Integrate security best practices into platform development.
Mentor and guide engineering teammates and support high technical standards.
