Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT or technology, preferably within the Epic ecosystem.
  • Bring a deep understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical operations; relevant health-system clinical experience with significant Epic experience is also considered.
  • Understand customer challenges and workflows and connect them to technology solutions.
  • Clearly articulate business value, outcomes, and ROI.
  • Have strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills, adapting messaging for executive, clinical, operational, and technical audiences.
  • Build customer credibility and trusted relationships using a collaborative, consultative approach.
  • Be able to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Be able to quickly develop deep expertise in IMO Health's products and capabilities.
  • Be willing to travel approximately 25%.
  • Preferred: experience working for Epic or supporting Epic implementations, optimization, or clinical workflows within a health system.
  • Preferred: experience with Epic Beaker, Radiant, or Lumens modules.
  • Preferred: familiarity with laboratory, radiology, procedural, pharmacy, or broader clinical operations; healthcare interoperability and clinical data environments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales leadership throughout the sales lifecycle as a product and clinical subject matter expert.
  • Join customer opportunities early to understand business needs, qualify use cases, and help shape deal strategy.
  • Translate customer needs and clinical workflows into opportunities for IMO Health's Procedure solutions.
  • Deliver presentations tailored to executive, clinical, operational, and technical audiences.
  • Connect product capabilities to customer priorities, outcomes, and business value.
  • Present data quality assessments and explain findings, implications, and potential ROI.
  • Partner with Data, Clinical, Mapping, Product, and Marketing teams to develop customer-facing materials and support strategic sales opportunities.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses, customer evaluations, and other activities that advance strategic opportunities.
  • Represent IMO Health at customer meetings, industry conferences, webinars, and other strategic events.
  • Share customer feedback, market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging needs with internal teams.
