Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, healthcare technology, clinical operations, or the Epic ecosystem.
  • Bring a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical processes.
  • Be able to understand customer challenges and workflows and connect them to technology solutions.
  • Clearly articulate product capabilities, business value, and customer outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Adapt messaging for executive, clinical, operational, and technical audiences.
  • Work collaboratively and consultatively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Be willing to develop deep expertise in IMO Health's products and capabilities.
  • Be able to travel approximately 25%.
  • Epic employment or experience supporting Epic implementations, optimization, or clinical workflows within a health system is preferred.
  • Experience with Epic modules such as Beaker, Radiant, or Lumens is preferred.
  • Familiarity with laboratory, radiology, procedural, pharmacy, or broader clinical operations is preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, enterprise software, or complex solution environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales teams throughout the sales lifecycle as a product and clinical subject matter expert.
  • Participate in customer meetings to understand business challenges, workflows, and use cases.
  • Translate customer needs into solution recommendations aligned with IMO Health's Procedure offerings.
  • Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions tailored to executive, clinical, operational, and technical audiences.
  • Explain data quality assessments, findings, implications, and opportunities for improvement to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal Data, Clinical, Mapping, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams on customer opportunities and customer-facing materials.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses, customer evaluations, and other sales opportunity activities.
  • Gather and share customer feedback, market observations, and competitive insights with internal teams.
  • Represent IMO Health at customer meetings, webinars, conferences, and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Epic workflows, healthcare technology, clinical operations, and relevant market trends.
