Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with federal government agencies.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, regulations, and policies.
- At least 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or consultative role.
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with ICS/OT, including protocols, DCS, and SCADA.
- Networking experience with TCP/IP, the OSI model, and the Purdue model.
- Experience with Linux CLI and Wireshark/Tshark.
- Experience with Elastic, Logstash, and Kibana.
- Experience with Amazon AWS and virtualization solutions such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Basic scripting skills in languages such as Python or Lua.
- Strong presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly, up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Engage in pre- and post-sales processes to understand customer requirements, technical goals, and operating environments.
- Provide consultative recommendations on products and best practices.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations for customers.
- Assist with trade shows and conferences.
- Collaborate with sales to select and design solutions aligned with customer objectives.
- Execute and manage proof-of-concept deployments and troubleshoot issues.
- Respond to inbound product and service queries, including requests for information, proposals, and statements of work.
