Requirements
- Significant and relevant experience leading a customer-facing team.
- Experience working in security at an industrial company, such as energy or manufacturing; enterprise security experience is also relevant.
- Experience with SIEM technologies such as Splunk or Elastic.
- Advanced skills in network traffic analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects, with strong organization and time-management skills.
- SECRET or TOP SECRET clearance preferred.
- Willingness to travel 25%.
Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and coach a federal post-sales team for customer success.
- Develop team members and address educational gaps as necessary.
- Build a deep understanding of Dragos Platform capabilities and industry-specific challenges.
- Establish relationships with senior customer stakeholders to understand technical needs and business objectives.
- Act as an escalation point between customers and internal teams.
- Work with the post-sales team to identify customer use cases, workflows, and pain points, and operationalize and promote realized value.
- Work with Engineering and Product Management leadership to guide Platform development and increase adoption.
- Participate in roadmap planning and the product release cycle to advocate for customer needs.
- Improve frameworks, methodologies, and tools to support team growth, workflow efficiency, and scalability.
- Establish and report key performance metrics, and champion AI to improve the team and operationalize use cases.
