Requirements

  • Have 3+ years in GTM enablement, Sales/CX/Partnerships leadership, or a coaching-focused go-to-market role.
  • Understand full-funnel GTM motions across Sales, CX, and Partnerships.
  • Have experience designing and delivering onboarding, enablement, and coaching programs for diverse GTM stakeholders.
  • Understand lead management, customer engagement processes, and GTM performance analytics.
  • Have experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Bring a systems-thinking approach to connecting people, processes, tools, and data and designing for scale.
  • Use first-principles problem solving to examine and improve complex processes.
  • Bring enthusiasm for AI and automation, with a track record or strong interest in using them to reduce manual work and improve team performance.
  • Demonstrate communication, facilitation, and cross-functional influence skills.
  • Use data to diagnose performance gaps and prioritize enablement impact.
  • Bonus: Bring experience in high-growth SaaS or familiarity with Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, enablement platforms, AI/automation tools, or partner engagement tools.

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable onboarding and ramp programs for new GTM hires across Sales, CX, and Partnerships.
  • Develop and deliver ongoing training, coaching, and skills development using AI-driven feedback and automated coaching workflows.
  • Build and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, objection-handling guides, persona briefs, and situational frameworks.
  • Conduct call reviews, coaching sessions, and performance retros using conversation-intelligence tools.
  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to build automated systems for lead routing, opportunity management, and renewal orchestration.
  • Identify and remove friction in pipeline and renewal processes, automating repeatable work across qualification, expansion, and retention.
  • Monitor pipeline health and renewal performance using metrics such as speed-to-lead, pipeline velocity, win rates, renewal rates, net revenue retention, and churn-risk indicators.
  • Align messaging, campaigns, processes, and readiness with Marketing, RevOps, Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, CX Leadership, and Partnerships Leadership.
  • Ensure product updates, market changes, and new GTM initiatives are communicated to customer-facing teams.
