Requirements
- Have 4–6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
- Have at least 1–2 years of experience targeting enterprise buyers at organizations with 5,000+ employees.
- Have driven measurable pipeline and revenue, not just lead volume.
- Have made partnerships generate pipeline and engaged partner sellers around target accounts.
- Have planned and executed field events that generated meetings and opportunities.
- Be fluent in intent data, buying signals, and account engagement.
- Collaborate closely with sales and share accountability for outcomes.
- Be able to focus on a small number of partners and programs.
- Be actively applying AI in work.
- Experience with tools such as UserGems, Influ2, ReachDesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, or Claude is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Run joint programs with selected partners, including AWS, Deloitte, and Carahsoft, to generate enterprise and government pipeline.
- Provide the AWS demand generation partner with target account selection, assets, account intelligence, seller engagement, tracking, and a packaged pitch.
- Use partner relationships and workflows to open doors at named ABM accounts and build a repeatable process for introductions.
- Coordinate joint planning, co-funded activity, timelines, and lead commitments with the Partnerships team.
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced attribution with RevOps.
- Plan and run field events, including partner co-hosted dinners, roundtables, executive gatherings, and industry events.
- Coordinate with AEs, BDRs, and partner managers before and after events to drive meetings, follow-up, and pipeline.
- Lead enterprise marketing programs for healthcare and public-sector buyers, including account-based programs for healthcare systems and government agencies.
- Support federal campaigns with product marketing and government sales teams through content syndication, events, targeted account lists, and partner-led plays.
- Measure pipeline created, influenced, and accelerated, and adjust programs based on results.
