Requirements

  • Have 6+ years in Sales Compensation and/or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company, with meaningful experience in both areas.
  • Have experience supporting forecasting, planning, and revenue operations across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Have hands-on experience administering commissions in CaptivateIQ or a similar ICM platform, including building plans in the tool.
  • Have a track record of designing and measuring incentive plans for new business, renewal or retention, and expansion roles.
  • Bring strong financial modelling skills, including plan cost, payout scenarios, OTE and pay mix, and quota capacity.
  • Have a solid command of SaaS revenue metrics, including ARR, ACV, TCV, NRR, and GRR.
  • Have strong Salesforce knowledge, including opportunity, renewal, and invoice data and reporting.
  • Have advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Have experience leading cross-functional process improvements from diagnosis to adoption.
  • Be able to uphold plan integrity and cost while maintaining relationships with revenue leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with revenue leaders on strategic and operational projects and measure how new initiatives perform.
  • Support the bi-weekly forecast, monthly performance summaries, QBRs, and KPI tracking.
  • Design annual and in-year incentive plans with revenue leaders, Finance, and People.
  • Model plan economics, including cost of sales, pay mix against OTE, and payout curves.
  • Run the monthly commissions close in CaptivateIQ, including validation, plan processing, accrual review, rep statements, and payroll handoff.
  • Maintain accurate, auditable plans, data, and users in CaptivateIQ and automate more of the close.
  • Apply commission rules and manage rep inquiries, disputes, exceptions, and clawbacks.
  • Own commission letters and plan rollouts, including stakeholder sign-off and team presentations.
  • Track plan performance and recommend changes; partner with operations, data, BI, and Salesforce teams on workflows and insights.
  • Contribute to annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and alignment between quotas and commission plans.
