Requirements

  • Have 5 to 8 years of performance marketing experience with significant expertise in SEM and paid search.
  • Have advanced experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and other paid acquisition platforms.
  • Bring strong paid social experience across major digital advertising platforms.
  • Have experience managing substantial paid media budgets with measurable performance outcomes.
  • Have demonstrated experience managing and evaluating external agency partners.
  • Bring campaign QA experience across targeting, tracking, creative, campaign structure, budget pacing, and taxonomy.
  • Have experience using Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or comparable analytics tools.
  • Have experience interpreting attribution and performance data and translating findings into optimization strategies.
  • Have experience designing and evaluating A/B and multivariate tests across creative, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree.
  • Bring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and related SEM platforms.
  • Develop keyword architecture, match type strategies, bidding frameworks, audience strategies, and budget allocation plans.
  • Oversee paid social strategy across Meta, Reddit, X, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Manage campaign performance using CPA, ROAS, LTV to CAC efficiency, payback periods, and overall growth.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day partner for external agencies managing paid search, paid social, video, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Review campaign builds, targeting, creative, tracking, tagging, budget pacing, and other quality requirements before launch.
  • Develop and manage a testing roadmap across creative, audiences, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign structure.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance reporting frameworks.
  • Analyze campaign performance, attribution, budget pacing, and acquisition trends, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Oversee agency execution of programmatic campaigns and evaluate emerging channels, sponsorships, and media partnerships.
