Requirements
- Have proven experience in B2B account management, consultative business partnering, Customer Success, or a similar role.
- Demonstrate a track record of achieving commercial KPIs, including revenue growth, product adoption, and retention.
- Apply commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risk through effective questioning and listening.
- Communicate confidently with a range of customers and influence decisions.
- Develop long-term partnerships and act as a trusted consultant to understand customer needs and challenges.
- Turn data and insight into actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing best practices and customer feedback internally.
- Manage multiple priorities while staying organised and proactive.
- Collaborate with the wider team to share insights and improve customer outcomes.
- Adapt and pivot in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with independent customers through regular site visits and customer engagement.
- Understand customers’ objectives and advise them on achieving short- and long-term goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and support customers across the South West region.
- Use Autotrader data and insights to influence decision-making and drive digital performance.
- Educate customers on digital products that support growth and efficiency.
- Present data and insights clearly, provide recommendations, and support meaningful commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders and Autotrader colleagues to find appropriate customer solutions.
- Share best practices and customer feedback internally to contribute to continuous improvement.
