Requirements
- Have experience selling in the translation and localization industry, including technology and services, or in SaaS with a strong services component and offering.
- Have 6+ years of experience managing complex 9–15 month sales cycles in high-end mid-market and enterprise markets.
- Show a track record of meeting or exceeding quota, acquiring new complex and highly competitive accounts, and achieving revenue targets.
- Consistently book $250k–$2M deals and exceed $1.2M+ in annual quotas.
- Be effective at securing meetings with target customers independently and in collaboration with ADR/BDR teams.
- Have experience sourcing and leading RFP responses, cross-departmental collaboration, and execution.
- Be proficient with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Amplemarket, and Momentum.
- Have account management experience and experience collaborating with cross-functional service and delivery teams.
- Be skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, procurement, contract, senior management, and C-level stakeholders.
- Be able to influence cross-departmental strategy and collaboration across Services, Product, Solutions, and Senior Leadership during deal cycles.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience leading in-person meetings and web-based demos.
- Be process- and solution-oriented, customer-minded, and able to develop and validate multiple land-and-expand use cases.
- A BA or BS degree from an accredited university or higher is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Uncover, educate, and close prospective customers on time and on forecast against company metrics and objectives.
- Translate the value of LILT’s platform and services into customer-specific language and business metrics for buyers at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Set up and deliver POCs to convert prospective customers.
- Report high-gain activities weekly and maintain an accurate business forecast.
- Maintain high activity levels across channels using tailored, multi-threaded outreach.
- Generate outbound opportunities and run the sales cycle, working with the ADR/BDR team.
- Build relationships with customer champions and develop business cases with their stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Customer Success Managers to expand partnerships with larger customers.
- Source and lead RFP responses, collaborating across departments.
- Negotiate business terms with line-of-business, procurement, contract, senior management, and C-level stakeholders.
