Requirements
- Have a minimum of 5 years of professional HR experience.
- Have experience in a senior HR leadership, HR Manager, Head of HR, or HR Director role.
- Have proven experience managing remote and international teams.
- Have strong experience hiring employees and contractors internationally.
- Have knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, HR policies, and employee development.
- Have experience managing an HR and/or recruitment team.
- Have demonstrated ability to build HR processes and systems from the ground up.
- Have experience with international employment structures, independent contractors, and remote employees.
- Bring strong organizational and project-management skills and attention to detail.
- Have strong leadership skills and the ability to hold employees and managers accountable.
- Use a data-driven approach to HR management and decision-making.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall HR strategy and day-to-day HR operations across the company.
- Manage and supervise the HR and recruitment team.
- Build, implement, and improve HR processes, policies, procedures, and internal standards.
- Manage international recruitment and develop sourcing strategies for remote and international candidates.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, compensation changes, leave, and offboarding.
- Implement performance management systems, KPIs, employee evaluations, and development plans.
- Ensure accurate HR profiles, contracts, documentation, and employment records for employees and contractors.
- Coordinate employment contracts and other HR documentation with legal and management teams.
- Manage compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, bonuses, incentives, and employee benefits.
- Maintain HR reporting and manage HR technology and systems such as ATS and HRIS platforms.
