Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management; 8–10+ years in complex enterprise environments is preferred.
- Have experience managing multiple projects and service engagements simultaneously.
- Demonstrate ownership of complex IT projects and delivery.
- Bring a technical project management background and experience in IT infrastructure environments.
- Understand networking, data centers, workplace/end-user computing, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure.
- Have experience coordinating technical workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Have hands-on experience with resource allocation, capacity planning, and team coordination.
- Have experience with budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking.
- Have experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and delivery priorities.
- Bring stakeholder and customer management skills, including communication with senior-level stakeholders.
- Have leadership experience setting priorities, coordinating teams, and driving accountability.
- Use English at B2+/C1 level.
Responsibilities
- Take overall ownership of the Professional Services function, its delivery, resources, and operational performance.
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects and service engagements running in parallel.
- Coordinate delivery across network, data center, workplace, and infrastructure services workstreams.
- Monitor service and project quality, effectiveness, and compliance with SLAs and operational standards.
- Prepare and maintain capacity plans, including resource allocation and prioritisation across projects.
- Own budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking for assigned projects.
- Monitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations, and take corrective action where required.
- Improve operational processes, service delivery, and team efficiency.
- Act as a key customer contact for service reviews, project updates, and escalation management.
- Lead project and stakeholder meetings and report on delivery, capacity, budget, and key risks.
