Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of Project Management experience in IT environments.
- Have a proven track record in large-scale Hadoop / Cloudera platform migrations or vendor replacement projects.
- Have strong experience managing complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrate risk and issue management capabilities.
- Use analytical skills to translate complex information into clear business insights.
- Demonstrate stakeholder and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments is a nice to have.
- Background in data platforms, Big Data, Data Lakes, or Cloud migrations is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate vendor transition activities as Project Manager.
- Plan and manage project delivery, including timelines, resources, dependencies, and risks.
- Drive project execution to support predictable delivery.
- Manage the project budget, financial forecasting, and cost control.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating where necessary.
- Facilitate project meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Prepare status reports and Steering Committee (SteerCo) presentations.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
