Experience: Minimum 7 lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu projektami informatycznymi; minimum 3-letnie doświadczenie w pełnieniu funkcji Kierownika Projektu
Required Skills: Project Management

Have at least 7 years of experience managing IT projects across the full project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through implementation and deployment.
Hold a higher-education degree.
Have managed at least 3 IT projects each valued above PLN 5 million gross, verifiable by references.
Have at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, including participation in at least 2 IT projects lasting more than 6 months and valued at least PLN 3 million gross each.
Hold both PRINCE2 Practitioner and AgilePM Practitioner certifications; both are mandatory.
Have practical experience applying PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMP, or other project-management approaches appropriate to the project.
Have experience establishing project governance structures and implementing management processes.
Know the software development life cycle (SDLC) and have practical experience in requirements analysis and analytical/project documentation.
Have knowledge of IT systems architecture, construction, and design.
Have experience delivering projects for the public sector and managing multidisciplinary teams in matrix structures.
Be able to manage relationships with business clients, end users, and external suppliers, and manage project schedules, budgets, scope, and risk.
Communicate fluently in Polish, spoken and written.
Have experience leading meetings, project workshops, and public presentations.

Plan and lead large IT projects from analysis and planning through delivery, implementation, and closure.
Build, organize, and manage project teams in matrix structures.
Deliver projects according to agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee work by team members and suppliers.
Monitor progress and milestones, identify delays and risks, and develop preventive and corrective actions.
Manage project risks and changes to scope, schedule, and budget.
Build and maintain relationships with business clients, end users, stakeholders, and external suppliers.
Coordinate requirements gathering and analysis, and oversee analytical and project documentation.
Organize and lead project workshops, meetings, and stakeholder sessions; report project status regularly.
Coach and mentor team leads and project-management support staff, and facilitate team training on project methods and standards.
