Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of experience in project or program management.
- Know project management methodologies.
- Have experience delivering IT projects.
- Understand the software development lifecycle and implementation methodologies.
- Know PL/SQL and Oracle technologies.
- Have knowledge of Security.
- Know how to build and maintain statistical models.
- Have experience with projects involving regulatory requirements or compliance.
- Programming languages in the context of data analysis are a nice-to-have.
- PMP or PRINCE2 project management certifications are a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Manage the project schedule for the Pay Transparency project.
- Coordinate collaboration between HR, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- Work with vendors involved in project delivery.
- Monitor project milestones and identify and manage project risks.
- Ensure timely delivery of activities related to regulatory requirements.
- Support implementation in line with project management methodologies and the software development process.
