- Have 2-5 years of work experience in operations, project management, consulting, or an equivalent environment.
- Have 1+ years of work experience in Risk and Resilience; crisis management experience is preferred.
- Bring experience helping to mature a global resiliency program.
- Translate strategic direction into actionable plans with minimal guidance.
- Connect across teams and manage projects against KPIs through to completion.
- Have experience developing and documenting procedures and workflows.
- Demonstrate comfort with ambiguity and shifting goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Bring organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to follow-up.
- Have excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Organise activities supporting crisis and resiliency work, special projects, and business units.
- Drive consistent methodology, approaches, and standards for planning, training, and exercising across crisis leadership teams.
- Undertake crisis program projects involving strategy, governance, response structures, and senior executive training and development.
- Work across Business Continuity, Employee Readiness, and Crisis Management programs to develop and deliver projects addressing emerging risks.
- Work with team leads on strategies for function-level and product-level resiliency planning.
- Initiate global initiatives that integrate lessons from exercises and actual crises.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to build program awareness, improve user experience, and strengthen preparedness capabilities.
- Innovate tools to expedite implementation of resiliency program management plans and capabilities.
