Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in B2B or B2C, with a portfolio that includes both desktop and mobile projects.
- Experience leading a Business Analysis team of 10-12 members.
- Understanding of business analysis requirements, project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
- Experience with Figma and basic understanding of UI/UX design and usability principles.
- Experience with SQL and a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to work with API documentation and knowledge of API integration principles.
- Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and UML or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in creating mockups and sketches for user interfaces.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- At least an Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and executives.
- Contribute to and provide inputs for a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligning with the customer’s objectives and priorities.
- Manage, mentor, and coach the business analysis team.
- Oversee BA resource planning and management.
- Track and report on delivery progress, adjusting roadmaps based on priority or dependency changes.
- Elicit business and user needs, capture high-level requirements, and prioritize them with the product team.
- Lead a team of business analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
