Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in B2B or B2C environments.
- Portfolio demonstrating experience with both desktop and mobile projects.
- Experience leading a Business Analysis team of 10-12 members.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis requirements, project management principles, practices, and techniques.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and UML modeling.
- Understanding of basic usability principles and UI/UX design, including Figma experience.
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Technical competence including SQL, API integration principles, and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and executives.
- Contribute to and provide inputs for a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligning with the customer's objectives and priorities.
- Manage, mentor, coach, and support the business analysis team.
- Handle BA resource management and capacity planning.
- Track and report on delivery progress according to the roadmap, adjusting for priority or dependency changes.
- Elicit business and user needs, capture high-level requirements, and prioritize them with the product team.
- Lead a team of 10-12 business analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
