Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, business analytics, or management consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to own models and reporting for a business segment.
- Proficiency with BI and analytics tools such as Looker, Hex, or Tableau.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel for analysis and modeling.
- Proven SQL knowledge and experience transforming large datasets.
- Proven AI fluency using tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Track record of influencing Director and VP-level stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose sales performance and define KPIs for Directors and VPs.
- Build and maintain reporting assets including scorecards and pipeline dashboards.
- Design and lead core processes for forecasting, headcount, capacity, and territory planning.
- Act as direct responsible individual (DRI) for cross-functional projects across Sales Strategy, Ops, and Finance.
- Support the development of other analysts by creating documentation and reusable templates.
