Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data/business analytics with large datasets.
- Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Physics, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- Familiarity with funnel analysis, clustering, forecasting, and recommender systems.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards from scratch.
- Ability to understand business problems and conduct deep-dive analyses.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or other scripting languages.
- Active interest in AI technologies, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive team player mentality with experience presenting to diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end analyses from requirements specification through to presentation.
- Impact user experience and key company metrics by quantifying and attributing results.
- Partner with stakeholders to define key metrics and deliver actionable insights.
- Foster self-service analytics through training, mentoring, and maintaining dashboards.
- Experiment with and adopt AI technologies in the data space.
- Collaborate with data engineering to ensure comprehensive, trustworthy data.
