Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data or Analytics Engineer.
- Proven ownership of a data warehouse build or a key modeling layer project.
- Advanced proficiency in BigQuery with emphasis on cost management and performance.
- Experience with transformation-as-code tools like dataform or dbt.
- Strong background in version control, CI, and technical documentation.
- Experience reconciling conflicting KPI definitions across an organization.
- Capability to prepare data models and metadata for AI-ready environments.
- Availability to work during core team hours (8:00/9:00 to 16:00/17:00).
- Knowledge of RODO/PII regulations, especially regarding minors (preferred).
- Familiarity with Looker or Data Studio for visualization-dedicated models (preferred).
- Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow, Dagster, or Cloud Composer (preferred).
- Practical knowledge of marketing attribution, GA4, and Meta Ads (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Audit current data, scripts, dashboards, and KPI definitions to identify manual work and redundancies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align on KPI definitions and project priorities.
- Develop target data architecture including raw, staging, and mart layers with a dimensional model.
- Prepare metadata and wide tables (OBT) optimized for AI interaction.
- Implement dimensional models focusing on high-load manual processes.
- Ensure compliance with RODO and PII requirements regarding child and parent data.
- Maintain shared code and provide documentation to support ongoing team development.
