Requirements

  • Have at least 7 years of experience leading digital projects or programs.
  • Have at least 2 years of agency or consultancy experience; 5+ years is preferred.
  • Bring a track record leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrate expertise with CMS, CRM, CDP, Sitecore, and Salesforce products.
  • Have experience managing multiple complex digital projects and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Demonstrate experience defining contracts and managing programs and partnerships to contract terms.
  • Have strong financial acumen to estimate and optimize project profitability.
  • Be proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Have expert-level knowledge of project management tools, including Smartsheet and Jira/Confluence or similar.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP are preferred.
  • Be able to travel as required by client and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead one large, complex project full-time or multiple mid-size complex projects simultaneously.
  • Advise clients on delivery strategies, frameworks, tools, and processes, and drive Agile and product delivery methods where appropriate.
  • Create and manage project plans based on the selected delivery methodology, scope, constraints, risks, and dependencies.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor burn and velocity, report on margin performance and revenue forecasts, and develop corrective plans when projects trend over budget.
  • Identify project risks, maintain mitigation plans in a RAID log, triage at-risk projects, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Serve as the primary delivery contact for clients, providing status updates, communicating risks, and managing deliverables and client relationships.
  • Manage project scope, prioritize work, and estimate and deliver change orders when scope changes.
  • Lead and resource globally distributed cross-functional teams of designers, strategists, and technologists.
  • Participate in delivery-practice improvement initiatives and mentor junior program managers and team members.
