Responsibilities
- Take ownership of defined projects, workstreams or customer outcomes from planning through successful delivery.
- Establish delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, actions, risks and issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, technology and delivery.
- Identify and remove delivery blockers and drive timely decision-making.
- Work with customer stakeholders to understand business needs and desired outcomes.
- Facilitate alignment between customer requirements and Fioneer capabilities.
- Support customer governance, workshops, steering meetings and executive discussions where required.
- Support Engagement Leads and Delivery Leads in shaping delivery approaches, roadmaps and initiatives.
- Identify recurring customer challenges and opportunities for repeatable services, accelerators, propositions or product improvements.
- Capture lessons learned and opportunities to improve delivery approaches across engagements.
