Requirements
- Have proven experience delivering data-related initiatives.
- Have experience building data repositories or datastores.
- Have experience driving complex data integration projects.
- Bring a strong background in agile delivery; SAFe or SCRUM experience is preferred.
- Have proven experience managing delivery within large-scale, complex corporate programs.
- Have experience navigating business-driven IT projects and aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
- Be physically based in the EMEA region.
- Be fluent in professional written and spoken English.
- Be available to start in early 2027.
Responsibilities
- Organize and drive the RDT team's daily work within the datastore stream.
- Facilitate sprint planning and refinement ceremonies.
- Optimize collaboration tools and help the team meet Definition of Done requirements.
- Liaise with the Solution Architect, Data Architect, and Business Analysts to align the solution with program objectives.
- Coordinate with business leads, project squads, Product Owners, and the business-side Project Lead.
- Provide structured updates on progress, risks, and blockers to the Hiring Manager and Customer Service Product Head.
