Have experience as a team lead.
Have several years of experience as a Senior Java Developer.
Have experience managing a software development team.
Have very good knowledge of Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
Have experience designing and developing distributed systems and web applications.
Have practical knowledge of microservices architecture.
Have experience with cloud solutions, including AWS.
Have good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Have experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases.
Be able to make technical decisions and lead architectural discussions.
Have experience working in an Agile environment.
Have very good knowledge of Polish and English.

Lead a team of Java developers.
Conduct 1:1 meetings, provide feedback, and support engineers’ career development.
Participate in recruitment and building a strong team.
Mentor, coach, and develop team members.
Actively participate in designing and developing systems.
Make architectural decisions and maintain high code quality.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other technology teams.
Plan work and deliver the product roadmap.
Identify risks and dependencies and improve the software delivery process.
