- Bring hands-on expertise in the ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) module; this is mandatory.
- Hold a valid ServiceNow Certification; this is mandatory.
- Have a banking or financial services background; this is strongly preferred.
- Bring leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations with a primary focus on the GRC module.
- Mentor and oversee junior consultants throughout project delivery.
- Configure and customise ServiceNow GRC, ITSM, and related modules to meet business requirements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, project scope, and delivery milestones.
- Ensure platform configurations align with banking sector compliance and ITIL best practices.
