Requirements

  • Have 2-5 years of HR operations experience; shared service centre experience is desirable.
  • Have detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Have experience working within a shared services environment.
  • Have hands-on experience managing onboarding processes across the Americas region.
  • Experience with Canada, Mexico, the United States, or Brazil is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Be proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Be literate in MS Office.
  • Demonstrate AI literacy and ability to use generative AI tools such as Gemini and Notebook LM in daily workflows.
  • Have stakeholder management experience and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving ability, attention to detail, self-motivation, and time management.
  • Be able to work with an international team and accommodate different time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding, data management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding for professionals.
  • Prepare employment contracts and amendments, HR policies, benefits and payroll enrollment documents, onboarding guides, employment certificates, and termination certifications.
  • Maintain customer and professional records in the proprietary platform and process HR activity forms.
  • Administer benefits and coordinate enrollments with brokers and insurers.
  • Provide time and expense data to support payroll administration in coordination with the payroll team and local payroll providers.
  • Audit data changes to help ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures and policies and participate in continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Respond to customer and professional queries and concerns through email and other communication channels.
  • Coordinate with partners, vendors, local service providers, and internal teams.
  • Act as a first point of contact for professionals and customers during onboarding and offboarding.
