Requirements

  • Have 2-5 years of HR operations experience; Shared Service Centre experience is desirable.
  • Have detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Have experience working within a Shared Services environment.
  • Have hands-on experience managing onboarding processes across the Americas region.
  • Experience with Canada, Mexico, the US, or Brazil is a strong plus.
  • Be proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Be literate in MS Office.
  • Be able to quickly learn and deploy new AI features and platforms.
  • Have demonstrated AI literacy, including experience integrating generative AI tools such as Gemini or Notebook LM into daily workflows.
  • Have stakeholder management experience with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be able to accommodate different time zones and work in an international team.
  • Knowledge and experience handling offboardings is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding, data management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding for professionals.
  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, HR policies, benefits and payroll enrollment documents, onboarding guides, employment certificates, and termination certifications.
  • Input, update, and maintain customer and professional data and employee records in the proprietary platform.
  • Administer benefits and coordinate enrollment with brokers and insurers.
  • Provide time and expense data to support payroll administration in coordination with the payroll team and local payroll providers.
  • Audit and check data changes to support accurate and timely payments.
  • Participate in improving HR processes and keep standard operating procedures and policies up to date.
  • Respond to professional and customer queries and concerns, including during onboarding and offboarding.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, partners, vendors, and local service providers while following established SLAs and SOPs.
