Requirements
- Have 2-5 years of HR operations experience; shared service centre experience is desirable.
- Have detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Have experience working within a shared services environment.
- Have basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout the EMEA region.
- Have experience working with any of the following countries as an advantage: Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, UK, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, or Finland.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Be proficient in written and verbal English and able to communicate clearly in different settings.
- Be literate in MS Office.
- Demonstrate AI literacy and ability to integrate generative AI tools such as Gemini and Notebook LM into daily workflows.
- Demonstrate stakeholder management, problem-solving, self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Be able to work in an international team and accommodate different time zones based on customer and professional needs.
Responsibilities
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, data management, absence management, transfers, offboarding, and visa renewals.
- Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, policies, enrollment documents, onboarding guides, certificates, and termination certifications.
- Maintain customer and professional records in the proprietary platform and process HR-related forms.
- Administer benefits and coordinate enrollment with brokers and insurers.
- Provide time and expense data to support payroll administration in coordination with the payroll team and local payroll providers.
- Audit data changes to support accurate and timely payments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain standard operating procedures and policies.
- Communicate with professionals and customers to explain and resolve queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with partners, vendors, local service providers, payroll providers, pension providers, and internal teams.
- Serve as a first point of contact for professionals and customers during onboarding and offboarding.
