Requirements

  • Have 2–5 years of HR operations experience; shared services experience is desirable.
  • Bring detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Have experience working within a Shared Services environment.
  • Have basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout the EMEA region.
  • Bring proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Be literate with MS Office.
  • Demonstrate AI literacy and the ability to integrate generative AI tools such as Gemini and Notebook LM into daily workflows.
  • Have excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness, problem-solving ability, self-motivation, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
  • Be able to work with international teams across locations and accommodate different time zones.
  • Experience with Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, the UK, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, or Finland is an advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience handling offboardings is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, HR policies, benefits and payroll enrollment documents, onboarding guides, employment certificates, and termination certifications.
  • Maintain customer and professional records and process forms documenting HR activities.
  • Administer benefits and coordinate enrollment with brokers and insurers.
  • Provide time and expense data to the payroll team and local payroll provider.
  • Audit data changes to support accurate and timely payments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and keep standard operating procedures and policies up to date.
  • Respond to professional and customer queries and concerns through email and other communication channels.
  • Coordinate with partners, vendors, local providers, and internal teams.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for professionals and customers during onboarding and offboarding.
