Requirements
- Have 8+ years of progressive HR/People Business Partner experience.
- Bring experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or broader GTM functions; direct support is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrate experience advising VP-and-above stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed commercial setting.
- Have strong working knowledge of global employment laws; US knowledge is required.
- Understand sales compensation, variable commission structures, and incentive design.
- Have experience with organizational design, capacity planning, and scaling sales or marketing teams.
- Have experience leading large-scale cultural or technological change.
- Have experience in a CCaaS, SaaS, or high-growth technology environment.
- Be familiar with HRIS and people tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, Deel, or Okta.
- Bring business acumen, discretion, executive presence, and the ability to translate People metrics into business actions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary People Business Partner for AMER Sales and Marketing, partnering with VP-level commercial leaders.
- Advise on sales and marketing organizational design, territory coverage, spans of control, team structures, and capacity planning.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Total Rewards on sales compensation, commission structures, merit cycles, promotions, and strategic offers.
- Partner with Recruiting on headcount planning, talent pipelines, and role scoping.
- Embed the AI Fluency competency framework into sales methodologies, marketing competencies, and calibration conversations.
- Help Sales and Marketing teams adopt AI-first workflows, including AI-assisted lead generation, sales prospecting, and content generation.
- Coach managers on employee AI fluency and design targeted performance plans where needed.
- Lead mid-year and annual review cycles and calibrate performance ratings, sales quotas, and AI fluency benchmarks.
- Coach managers on performance dynamics, PIP processes, and career progression.
- Develop retention and engagement strategies for high-performing commercial talent using engagement survey data.
