Requirements
- Have a desire or experience in building products or API integrations.
- Demonstrate ability to work with APIs, SFTP, SSO, and data migration.
- Be comfortable using Postman to validate workflows.
- Understand deal velocity and urgency across Mid-Market and Enterprise sales segments.
- Be able to speak to HR buyers using concepts such as calibration, competency matrices, and flight risk, and translate these concepts for IT buyers.
- Be adaptable during live demonstrations and when building custom environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives throughout sales cycles and contribute to deal strategy.
- Conduct tailored demonstrations for Mid-Market and Enterprise prospects, including edge cases and bespoke workflows.
- Validate complex technical requirements and remove technical friction to help secure the technical close.
- Build and scope API and SFTP integrations, including integrations with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, and ADP.
- Configure bespoke proofs of concept and prospect-specific demo environments.
- Navigate security questionnaires covering GDPR, SOC 2, and PII, as well as enterprise procurement processes.
- Create micro-demos and annotated sales-enablement assets using tools such as Loom and Vidyard.
- Document product gaps, integration blockers, and market feedback for the Product team.
