Requirements
- Have 5+ years of technical program management or similar experience at a technology company.
- Have a track record of delivering complex programs spanning multiple engineering teams.
- Bring enough technical depth to engage engineers on system design, APIs, and integrations.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, including with senior stakeholders.
- Be comfortable working with ambiguity and prioritizing and adjusting quickly.
- Define success metrics up front and measure results against them.
- Nice to have: experience in insurance, fintech, or another regulated industry.
- Nice to have: experience with partner or third-party integrations.
- Nice to have: experience using AI tools for planning, reporting, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs from scoping and planning through launch and follow-up.
- Lead high-impact programs with minimal oversight and own their outcomes.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, Operations, and external partners to establish plans, milestones, and owners.
- Identify risks and dependencies early, raise them, and drive decisions.
- Share written updates that make program health clear to leaders and teams.
- Examine architecture, integrations, and data flows to ask informed questions and make tradeoffs.
- Run launch retrospectives and apply lessons to future planning and execution.
