- Operationalize an intake and routing process that defines each request's problem, expected business outcome, delivery path, risk profile, and accountable owner.
- Establish and facilitate planning and execution cadences, including program reviews, dependency reviews, decision forums, release-readiness reviews, and stakeholder updates.
- Maintain an integrated view of dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions, driving resolution or escalation when work is blocked.
- Coordinate security reviews, legal and procurement milestones, data dependencies, vendor commitments, and business-system integrations.
- Ensure releases have acceptance criteria, operational ownership, support processes, runbooks, escalation paths, and feedback loops before handoff.
- Partner with Product and stakeholders to define measurable outcomes and report on delivery health, adoption readiness, operational performance, and realized impact.
