- Bring 5+ years of project, program, business operations, Revenue Operations, or related experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrate the ability to independently manage moderately complex projects from scoping through implementation.
- Have experience in a high-growth SaaS, technology, or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Apply strong project planning, organization, prioritization, and risk-management skills.
- Use business acumen to quickly understand unfamiliar business processes and operating models.
- Lead through influence rather than formal authority.
- Coordinate stakeholders across multiple organizational functions and levels.
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior leaders.
- Identify problems, evaluate tradeoffs, exercise sound judgment, and drive teams toward practical solutions.
- Operate effectively in ambiguity and create structure when processes or requirements are not fully defined.
- Balance project management rigor with the speed and pragmatism required in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead moderately complex, cross-functional initiatives from initial scoping through implementation and closeout.
- Translate strategic priorities and business objectives into project plans, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, and success measures.
- Establish project governance, operating cadences, decision-making structures, and stakeholder engagement models.
- Coordinate work across Revenue Operations functions and teams across the broader organization.
- Facilitate working sessions, project meetings, leadership reviews, and decision-making forums.
- Identify dependencies, risks, blockers, and competing priorities, and drive them toward resolution.
- Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
- Develop executive-ready updates on progress, risks, required decisions, and project health.
- Support portfolio visibility and establish repeatable project management standards, templates, and governance practices.
- Support business and operational transformation initiatives, including revenue technology implementations, process redesign, and GTM initiatives.
