Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of dedicated Product Manager experience.
- Have a strong technical foundation in software development, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise platforms.
- Bring substantive experience within traditional financial institutions, such as banks, asset managers, custodians, payment networks, or fund operators.
- Understand trade lifecycles, post-trade workflows, settlement processes, and fund administration.
- Have a proven record of owning and shipping complex software products for enterprise customers.
- Have direct experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, InfoSec reviews, technical evaluations, and RFPs.
- Independently turn discovery into specifications, wireframes or prototypes, and shipped features.
- Be comfortable using modern AI tools and prototyping frameworks to create testable assets.
- Be able to engage independently in technical and operational discussions with CTOs, Heads of Operations, and enterprise architects.
- Preferred: experience with enterprise tokenization platforms, digital assets, or private blockchain infrastructure.
- Preferred: familiarity with transaction privacy models, confidential computing, or selective disclosure mechanisms.
- Preferred: understanding of modular tokenization frameworks spanning issuance, lifecycle management, trading, and settlement.
- Preferred: experience with EVM-compatible networks or enterprise web3 platform services.
Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, and execute the roadmap for enterprise capabilities, including privacy models, partner integrations, and flexible deployment models.
- Align internal teams, strategic development partners, and modular platform providers around customer discovery and an institutional-grade product suite.
- Support high-value sales cycles with financial institutions, including technical evaluations, InfoSec reviews, RFPs, and pilot-to-production transitions.
- Conduct structured customer discovery with institutional stakeholders.
- Use AI-assisted tools to build early-stage prototypes, specifications, and testable artifacts.
- Track developments in capital markets technology, enterprise tokenization, and private and public blockchain ecosystems.
- Turn market and competitive analysis into product positioning and roadmap decisions.
- Create repeatable product narratives, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept frameworks for priority financial services use cases.
