Requirements

  • Have 1–2 years of experience in a digital agency, performance marketing, or comparable digital marketing environment.
  • Have a basic understanding of paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Bring strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Be proficient with Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
  • Work proactively and independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Be comfortable experimenting with AI tools and applying them to improve speed, clarity, creativity, and workflow efficiency.
  • Exposure to Google Analytics, HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar marketing and project-management platforms is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio or comparable reporting and data-visualization tools is preferred.
  • Experience with campaign reporting, quality assurance, or client-facing project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Track project progress, manage timelines, and coordinate deliverables to keep client work organized and on schedule.
  • Prepare notes during internal and client meetings, capturing decisions, priorities, and next steps.
  • Support campaign pacing and retainer tracking for Account Managers.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and coordinate requests.
  • Compile performance data and reports with guidance from the media team.
  • Support account growth opportunities and initiatives that strengthen client results and relationships.
  • Monitor performance marketing trends and emerging best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns, deliverables, and recommendations with client objectives.
  • Use AI tools, including ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Perplexity, to improve productivity, workflow quality, and creative thinking.
