Requirements
- Have 1–2 years of experience in a digital agency or performance marketing setting.
- Have a basic understanding of paid advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Be proficient in Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Bring strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have strong organization and time management skills.
- Be comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Perplexity to improve work processes.
- Share prompts, process improvements, and ideas with the team, and experiment with refining workflows.
- Nice to have: exposure to Google Analytics, HubSpot, or ClickUp.
- Nice to have: familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.
- Nice to have: hands-on experience with campaign reporting or QA.
- Nice to have: project coordination experience in a client-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Track projects, manage timelines, and organize client deliverables.
- Take clear, actionable notes during client and internal meetings.
- Assist with campaign pacing and retainer tracking.
- Communicate with clients to share updates and gather feedback.
- Learn key platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot, to support strategy and execution.
- Create and compile data reports with guidance from the media team.
- Support the team in identifying account growth opportunities.
- Stay current on performance marketing trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure work aligns with client goals.
- Complete relevant certifications and training.
