Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred.
- At least 5 years of Marketing and/or Business experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Knowledge and experience with ECMO/ECLS and ventilator products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to engage and present on the assigned area of responsibility.
- Ability to lead and influence others within a matrix organization.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Availability for up to 60% international and local U.S. travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical medical education plans supporting the safe and effective use of Getinge products.
- Set program content, agendas, faculty or facility selection, and attendee specifications.
- Create governance for educational programs developed by other internal stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver peer-to-peer programs.
- Identify and coordinate healthcare professional expert engagement for medical education programs.
- Work with cross-functional teams and the global sales force to meet internal and external stakeholder needs.
- Develop local, regional, and global medical education initiatives and assess their effectiveness.
- Support clinical education for field representatives and distributors.
- Use clinical research data and scientific intelligence to reassess medical education strategies and tactics.
- Schedule resources, manage budgets and timelines, and provide logistical support for approved grant programs.
