Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least 5–7 years of progressive benefits experience, or hold an associate degree and have at least 8 years of progressive benefits experience.
- Have at least 3 years of experience leading benefits teams.
- Have experience supporting multinational organizations.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of health benefits, retirement plans, and leaves of absence.
- Understand applicable benefits laws and regulations in relevant countries.
- Have experience with HRIS systems; UKG Pro is preferred.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Bring project management and organizational skills to manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Exercise sound judgment and maintain confidential personnel data.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with diverse audiences in group and one-on-one settings.
Responsibilities
- Execute the global benefits strategy in alignment with company and departmental objectives.
- Lead the implementation, administration, and enhancement of benefit programs across the company.
- Manage and co-manage open enrollment planning and rollout, including plan enhancements, carrier implementation, employee communication, and data auditing.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support compliance with country-specific statutory benefit requirements and regulations.
- Analyze benefits utilization, participation, and cost trends and recommend program improvements.
- Develop benefits reporting and executive-level dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage benefits communications and relationships with brokers, advisors, vendors, and other external partners.
- Oversee benefits policies and programs, including leave and COBRA, and resolve escalated claims and service issues with vendors.
- Lead, coach, and develop benefits professionals, establishing team goals and development plans.
- Improve benefits processes through automation, training, and cross-training.
