Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Advisory, or a similar client-facing HR role.
- Have good working knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
- Be able to manage onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and German.
- Demonstrate stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Be able to balance customer needs, compliance requirements, and business objectives in a fast-paced international environment.
- Be highly organised, customer-focused, collaborative, and comfortable working across multiple teams and countries.
- Experience in Employer of Record, global mobility, payroll, or international HR is a plus.
- Experience supporting multinational clients across multiple jurisdictions is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and process improvement initiatives is a plus.
- Additional European language skills and knowledge of employment law are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and employee lifecycle activities across assigned countries.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and employees.
- Resolve day-to-day HR queries and employment matters with timely, accurate, customer-focused solutions.
- Apply country-specific employment requirements and internal processes to support compliance and consistency.
- Identify potential compliance or operational risks and escalate complex matters to appropriate stakeholders.
- Coordinate HR service delivery with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, leadership, and external partners.
- Contribute to process improvement, standardisation, knowledge management, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Support HR reporting, audits, administration, and operational projects.
