Requirements

  • Have 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a track record of supporting or scaling creator programs; agency experience is preferred.
  • Have experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing influencer relationships across talent tiers, platforms, and partnership models.
  • Have experience casting or managing talent for brands in highly regulated industries.
  • Bring a network of creator, agent, and manager relationships across relevant verticals and social platforms.
  • Understand social platforms, creator economics, cultural trends, and the influencer marketing landscape.
  • Demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking and experience developing scalable systems and processes.
  • Have experience using AI and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency; preferred.
  • Bring negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • Understand FTC guidelines, brand safety standards, and relevant compliance requirements.
  • Be familiar with influencer marketing platforms, CRM systems, campaign analytics tools, and related technologies.
  • Be able to balance campaign execution, relationship management, strategic recommendations, and scalable operational workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic point of view on creator talent across categories, platforms, cultural trends, pricing dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
  • Identify creators aligned with client objectives, brand positioning, audience needs, and campaign requirements.
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and secure creator talent across tiers and partnership models.
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators, agents, managers, and other talent representatives.
  • Lead contracting and partnership negotiations in line with client strategy, brand safety, regulatory, and compliance standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate creator and culture expertise into campaign planning and execution.
  • Provide talent recommendations in client conversations and advise on creator partnerships.
  • Improve workflows, systems, and processes for talent sourcing and trend identification.
  • Track social platform developments, monetization models, creator economics, cultural trends, FTC requirements, and platform-specific compliance standards.
  • Identify and test systems, AI-enabled workflows, processes, and partnership models to improve operational efficiency and campaign outcomes.
