Requirements

  • Have 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management.
  • Bring a proven track record of building and scaling creator programs; agency background preferred.
  • Demonstrate success sourcing, negotiating, and managing influencer relationships across tiers and partnership models.
  • Have experience casting talent for brands in highly regulated industries.
  • Bring a strong network of creator, agent, and manager relationships across key verticals and platforms.
  • Have strong strategic and analytical skills and experience managing scalable systems.
  • Understand social platforms, creator economics, and cultural trends.
  • Have experience implementing AI and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • Have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Understand FTC guidelines, brand safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Be familiar with influencer marketing platforms, CRM systems, and campaign analytics tools.
  • Bring clear communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, and experience representing an organization externally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine Later’s point of view on creator talent across categories, platforms, and cultural trends.
  • Identify creators aligned with client objectives, brand positioning, and talent requirements.
  • Source and secure creator talent for campaigns, balancing quality, speed, and strategic fit.
  • Lead sourcing, negotiations, and contracting for all tiers of talent.
  • Build relationships with creators, agents, managers, and other talent representatives.
  • Advise account teams and clients on talent recommendations and partnership opportunities.
  • Partner with Services, Product, Strategy, Research, and Creator teams on campaign execution and service evolution.
  • Track platform shifts, creator economics, pricing trends, monetization models, and compliance requirements.
  • Improve workflows and processes for scalable talent sourcing and trend identification.
  • Benchmark industry practices and test new systems, processes, and partnership models.
