Requirements
- Have 12+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing strategy, or marketing execution, or 8+ years of relevant experience combined with a master’s degree in marketing or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of marketing strategy.
- Bring experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, oncology, life sciences, or another highly regulated marketing environment; this is strongly preferred.
- Interpret and act on performance data using analytics platforms, Power BI, Salesforce, Eloqua, or comparable marketing technology.
- Translate campaign performance into decisions about what to change, test, or prioritize.
- Influence and manage up with senior stakeholders, including professionally pushing back and maintaining a strategic position under pressure.
- Align creative, agency, media, and marketing operations partners without formal authority.
- Present, defend, and adapt recommendations for senior leadership.
- Bring familiarity with MLR or medical-legal review processes; this is strongly preferred.
- Work with a self-directed, high-ownership approach, sound judgment, and the ability to bring structure to a fast-moving environment.
- Mentor junior team members and establish high standards with agency partners.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy for oncology pharmaceutical initiatives, translating business and brand objectives into integrated, multi-channel plans.
- Direct execution across digital, email, paid media, content, healthcare professional and patient-facing programs, and events.
- Develop campaign briefs and creative direction with creative and brand teams.
- Identify and resolve risks related to timelines, budgets, resources, and campaign performance.
- Define campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks, and monitor results throughout execution.
- Analyze performance data and turn insights into optimizations, tests, recommendations, and next steps.
- Document campaign learnings to strengthen future programs.
- Present performance results and strategic recommendations to senior marketing stakeholders.
- Coordinate creative teams, agencies, media partners, and marketing operations; manage agency and vendor deliverables.
- Advise senior marketing leadership and resolve competing priorities, escalating issues with clear options and recommendations when needed.
