Have 5+ years of product management experience.
Have experience at a fast-growing technology company.
Bring a track record of owning complex, cross-functional product initiatives from strategy through execution.
Demonstrate strong product sense and the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to influence peers and senior leadership.
Have experience mentoring or informally guiding less-experienced product managers.
Healthcare or digital health experience is a plus.
Experience in fertility, family-building, or digital health benefits is a plus.
Experience partnering with Clinical or Legal teams on regulated or compliance-sensitive products is a plus.
Familiarity with AI-enabled product features or workflows is a plus.

Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a key product area, translating company priorities into a prioritized execution plan.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and align Engineering, UX, Clinical, Legal, and Commercial partners around shared goals.
Mentor other Product Managers and help improve product process, discovery, and craft across the team.
Make and communicate prioritization decisions that balance member experience, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Partner with senior product and cross-functional leadership to shape quarterly and annual product strategy.
Identify gaps in process, tooling, or team practices that limit Product team effectiveness.
Represent the Product team in executive and cross-functional forums, communicating strategy, trade-offs, and outcomes.
