Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of product management experience in government, lending, or financial technology.
  • Have experience delivering products used by state and federal agencies, risk teams, or financial institutions.
  • Understand income and employment verification and decisioning workflows.
  • Have a track record of running user testing and A/B experimentation to inform product decisions.
  • Use analytics and experimentation to make data-driven product decisions and measure impact.
  • Be able to gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and turn them into actionable product plans.
  • Collaborate across engineering, design, compliance, and business teams.
  • Interpret data and apply insights to product improvements.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver secure, scalable income and employment verification workflows for public sector, mortgage, and other lending clients.
  • Conduct user testing with clients and end-users to validate workflows and improve usability.
  • Streamline the end-to-end client experience, including lead generation, demos, onboarding, implementation, go-live, post-go-live reporting, and self-service.
  • Gather feedback from agencies and lenders about onboarding and go-live friction.
  • Collaborate with client developers and system integrators to improve developer experience, including Truv documentation.
  • Build customization for state agencies, lenders, and developers using the Truv admin portal.
  • Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment across workflows.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and synthesize them into actionable product plans.
  • Monitor product performance after launch and iterate using client and end-user behavior insights.
