Requirements

  • Have 5–8 years of experience in B2B product management.
  • Bring domain experience in financial crime, AML, transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, or risk and surveillance products, either as a product manager or from a compliance function.
  • Have led complete product cycles from discovery to launch in a regulated or enterprise domain.
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify the underlying need behind a client's request and explain how it changed what was built.
  • Be a native or fully proficient English speaker with professional presentation skills for senior compliance, risk, and regulatory audiences.
  • Have an established prioritization framework and a record of turning customer input into shipped features.
  • Have sufficient technical fluency to challenge engineering decisions and maintain a position under pushback.
  • Be able to direct discovery through consultants as well as conduct it first-hand.
  • Be available for regular travel within the US and international travel as required.
  • Bonus: Prior product experience at a blockchain intelligence or crypto compliance platform.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with FATF, the Travel Rule, sanctions, or MiCA-type requirements for digital assets.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with US, UK, or EU digital asset regulation, or experience working with regulators or on regulatory tenders.

Responsibilities

  • Run discovery with clients and prospects, both on site and remotely.
  • Work with solutions consultants to set the agenda for field discovery.
  • Build and manage a discovery panel of compliance, risk, and operations practitioners at banks, VASPs, and regulators for structured interviews.
  • Turn client conversations and consultant findings into actionable, prioritized product and feature decisions, documenting the reason behind each request.
  • Defend product prioritization to leadership.
  • Present CertiK products and services to client teams, prospects, and regulators in demos, workshops, and tender presentations.
  • Join Business Development and consultants on key client visits, primarily in the US, with occasional travel to Europe, the Middle East, and other markets.
  • Own roadmap discussions with the CEO, Business Development, and Engineering.
