Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, operational enablement, or a closely related field.
- Have experience launching or scaling a new process, product, or channel.
- Demonstrate the ability to use AI tools, prompt engineering, custom workflows, or automation techniques to eliminate manual tasks and improve team output.
- Have experience developing, structuring, and maintaining operational documentation, knowledge-management resources, or sales enablement content at scale.
- Be able to identify workflow inefficiencies, design scalable solutions, and quantify business impact.
- Have experience leading complex initiatives across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including through influence rather than direct authority.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and operational judgment, translating ambiguous challenges into practical processes, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to explain complex systems and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
- Have mentoring and coaching abilities and support colleagues in overcoming operational obstacles.
- Be comfortable working in an environment where AI is embedded into everyday workflows and experimentation, continuous improvement, and process innovation are encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational strategy for emerging and non-programmatic channels with inventory development and cross-functional teams.
- Design, refine, and scale operating models and daily workflows for new channels.
- Build AI-powered solutions using automation models, prompt engineering, AI tools, and modern workflows to reduce manual effort and cycle times.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into broader team workflows.
- Define and monitor KPIs for operational performance and initiative impact, including launch cycle time, efficiency gains, and hours saved.
- Analyze operational data and translate findings into insights for strategic planning and executive decision-making.
- Establish frameworks for accurate, current, accessible, and well-structured operational content and knowledge repositories.
- Shape content to support human users and AI-powered systems across emerging and established channels.
- Mentor team members across the inventory organization, remove blockers, and support delivery of complex initiatives.
