Requirements
- Have 5+ years in operations, program management, or operational enablement.
- Have experience launching or scaling a new process, product, or channel.
- Demonstrate experience using AI tools, prompt engineering, custom workflows, or automation techniques to reduce manual tasks and streamline processes.
- Have experience structuring and maintaining operational documentation and sales enablement content at scale.
- Be able to diagnose workflow inefficiencies, design scalable solutions, and quantify impact through data.
- Have experience driving complex initiatives across technical and non-technical stakeholders, often without direct authority.
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, distilling complex systems for diverse audiences.
- Be able to coach and unblock team members and simplify complex systems for internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational strategy for non-programmatic channels with Inventory Development and cross-functional teams.
- Build AI-driven solutions, automation models, prompts, and tools to reduce operational friction and improve efficiency.
- Collect and analyze operational data, including launch cycle time and hours saved through automation.
- Measure initiative impact, monitor efficiency gains, and inform executive decision-making.
- Establish frameworks for accurate, accessible, and current operational content.
- Oversee execution guides, collateral, internal support documentation, and knowledge base repositories across emerging and programmatic channels.
- Mentor Inventory team members and help unblock complex projects.
